All bookings must be submitted through our booking form. After submission, you will be contacted by phone to confirm your appointment. Your appointment is not secured until confirmation is completed.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Dates will not be held without a deposit. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session.

A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened session or cancellation, depending on scheduling.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule may be allowed depending on availability.

Proofs may include watermarks. Final edits are delivered after full payment is received. Additional edits, custom retouching, or creative requests may incur extra charges.

Final content is delivered within the agreed timeframe. Files are stored for a limited period. Clients are responsible for saving all final files once delivered.

We reserve the right to use photos and videos for promotional purposes, including website and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or studio property during sessions. Additional charges will apply for mishandled or broken equipment.
